What is iEndure Collaborative
iEndure Collaborative is a paid members-only service created by and for Black people, offering a groundbreaking supportive online community which provides the tools to take your career to the next level. As Black people we have a unique set of experiences, it is now time for the next generation to pass their knowledge and expertise on.
What kind of experiences will iEndure Collaborative provide?
Wouldn’t it be amazing to be supported by a Black online community providing support and resources in tackling your goals and transforming your career? The iEndure community fills this need, dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and learning a place where we can chat via our private social media platform.
Collaboration
Our private social Media platform iendure.chat, will allow us to collaborate with like-minded Black people including coaches,sharing our knowledge without the fear of trolls or uninterested parties. Collaboration elements:
- Special Interest Groups for topics of interest.
- Private course related groups under the guidance of a knowledgeable group leader.
- Track specific groups where you can collaborate with like-minded people. For example: First Time Managers, Aspiring Managers and Experienced Managers
- Ability to create public or private monitored groups.
- Monthly interviews with Industry Experts. Member driven interview questions.
Mentorship
These will be small coach lead groups of 5-8 people. Providing the ability to receive online mentoring from experienced resources. There will be twice monthly hour-long meetings and daily monitoring of groups, ensuring that questions are answered, and topics of interest discussed.
One-on-One mentoring will also be available upon request.
eCoaching Courses
Have you ever taken an online self-paced course and wanted the ability to ask questions of a Subject Matter Expert, or discuss topics with other course participants? Both will be available with our eCoaching courses. Course specific groups will be created on our private social media platform – iendure.chat. The community will allow you the ability to get questions answers, chat with other participants, and provide course feedback.
