Advantages of Having a Mentor
One-On-One and Small Private groups (6-8 members) mentoring is available for interested individuals who would like a partner to share experiences, collaborate and guide you on your progress.
Get the mentoring required to hone your leadership abilities and grow into a confident and successful manager.
- Mentors will help guide small groups of aspiring, new and experienced managers. By working in small groups, mentors can provide the insight and encouragement needed throughout the journey.
- Mentors will promote collaboration and milestones within the team and drive each group to reach their goals
- Mentors know the challenges of managing day to day tasks and large projects. You will also have access to twice monthly video calls that will allow for detailed discussions.
With a combination of specialized knowledge and years of professional experience in management, mentors are well-equipped to provide the support and guidance needed to help you grow as a leader.
At the conclusion of the program, we will assess the performance of the participants and the efficacy of the program as a whole. This assessment will provide key insights into how to continue effectively helping aspiring, first time and experienced managers succeed in their roles.
Ultimately, we want to leave a legacy of successful aspiring, first-time and experienced managers who have been empowered by the mentoring program.
